This four hundred year-old “typical” finca was laboriously converted into a countryside villa, with a meticulous eye for detail. The roofs adorned with juniper beams and olive panels lend the houses its typical flair. The walls are almost a meter in thickness, allowing for welcome cool temperatures in summer and cozy warmth in winter. Four of the six bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Numerous terraces with many “corners” to discover invite you to linger and entertain. With the large Bali-style house by the pool and an outdoor summer kitchen with gas barbecue and dining table for up to 10 people, Ca’n Babu Vell offers the perfect space for enjoying life and basking under open skies.

Three separate houses on the estate can sleep ten people and are fully equipped with all amenities that modern life demands.

From the 15th of June until the 15th of September the finca Ca’n Babu Vell (including Ca’n Babu, Ca’n Babulito and Ca’n Devi) can only be rented as a whole. From the 16th September until the 14th of July the separate houses Ca’n Babulito and Ca’n Devi can be rented individually or together. During this time the pool area is shared with the resident owners of the property.

Ca’n Babu Vell is ideally suited for film and photo shoots, not least because of its lush surroundings and antique stonewall terraces dating back to Phoenician times.

Ca’n Babu Vell is not best suited for parties and “party-people.”
